Being qualified in all types of domestic appliance, I am also authorised to do householder and landlords gas safety inspections and certificates.

Last year i gained CPA1 qualification so am authorised to fo flue gas analysis on central heating boilers and other appliances, and also room CO monitoring for customer who have reason to believe they have a problem appliance. This is also a very useful tool for keeping customers servicing costs down on modern hi-tec boilers for which some manufacturers have a “If it aint broke...” philosophy.

I also have full scope part P electrical qualification and am an approved contractor registered with ELECSA which is one of the governing bodies for electrical contractors.

I can do most domestic electrical installations repairs and modifications and i have another electrician whom i have to help out for larger jobs like rewires and light commercial work. I also carry out portable appliance testing for shops, offices and factories and do peroidic inspection reporting which is the electrical industry equivalent of the gas safety certificate.
